Raw Material
Certified compostable bio-resin is received, verified against specification and dried before it enters the line.

Manufacturing
Resin is melted and blown into film at controlled temperature and draw ratio, then cut and sealed into D, U or W cut form.

Quality Inspection
Samples from every batch are checked for gauge consistency, seam integrity and load performance before release.

Packing
Bags are counted, bundled and wrapped in labelled cartons with batch traceability on each pack.
